We are so glad for you and welcome to our mini-guide. We always aim to help you best way possible and also hope that our FAQ can assist you in a good way. During sale and Holiday we have longer response time. We reply as fast as possible :)
1. Can I cancel my order or change something in my order? Can I change my address?No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order that has received an order confirmation. We handle so many orders and the systems activate your order automatically. If something goes wrong, you can instead make a return and reorder.
2. I forgot my discount code, what do I do? As long as the discount is active and valid on your order, our support team can activate it in your order afterwards. Write to [email protected] and we can instruct you how to do it. Do NOT place a new order as no order can be cancelled.
3. How do I track my package and has it been shipped? We’re currently in one of our busiest periods and doing everything we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience if it takes a little longer than usual. Once your order has been packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way until its delivered.
