Can I change my address?No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order that has received an order confirmation. We handle so many orders and the systems activate your order automatically. If something goes wrong, you can instead make a return and reorder.2. I forgot my discount code, what do I do? As long as the discount is active and valid on your order, our support team can activate it in your order afterwards. Write to hello@aimn.com and we can instruct you how to do it. Do NOT place a new order as no order can be cancelled.3. How do I track my package and has it been shipped? We are at our busiest time now and we are doing our best to get your order out as soon as we can. But be patient if it takes a few more days than usual.
