If you need to make a return: 
As usual, this presupposes that the products is unused and salable. 

ONLY FOR US-customers:
Return costs 14 USD and will be removed from the refunded amount in your order. Otherwise the return costs is something you stand for yourself and please pick the most suitable way to return it. You can return the products within 30 days of delivery

• Login with order number and email (also find it in the order confirmation) and fill in all steps to register what you return.
• In last step you will receive a return label from DHL Express and please print this out and glue on the parcel. 
• You leave this at any DHL Express post office and keep receipt.
• We confirm your return with an email and we will refund you the same way as you paid the order.

Other customers but USA:
You stand for the return costs yourself and pick the most suitable way but a good thing is to keep receipt and the possibility to track the parcel.
